- Requests for transportation assistance will be answered within 48 hours and will be coordinated by a team member.

- Requests for marketing support will be answered within 48 hours and will be coordinated by a team member.

- Grant application requests will be confirmed within 48 hours. Smaller requests that require minimal due diligence may be released within one week if approved. Larger requests that require further due diligence may take 1-2 months.

- Operating costs, including rent and other regular expenses.
